Handling Incoming Calls from Customer and maintaining Service level = > 95%
Handling Outgoing Welcome and Feedback calls to customers
Closure of tickets assigned via App with TAT of 4-24 hrs
Responsible for maintaining CSAT scores on Inbound and Outbound Calls
